I am a Registered Psychotherapist and trained in Expressive Therapies and Sand Play Therapy. Both of these methods work very well for Social and Emotionally focused Healing and Education.
I have a background as a Registered Nurse and worked for many years in the Out of Home Care Sector, supporting Children who had experience Trauma. I now work with children, adolescents and adults under the Individual Counselling Section, Item Number 15_043_0128_1_3.
My work is creative and playful offering modalities which support Self Development and Self Understanding. Drawing and Symbol Work and Sand Play are very effective ways for accessing unexpressed emotions, enabling release where words have not been effective.
