Our Support Coordination team have the knowledge and skills required to help participants understand and implement their NDIS plans. We have a huge range of resources and can link participants in with the services they need in their community. Our Support Coordinators pride themselves on always being their to support their participants and are readily available if participants have questions, service delivery concerns or if a crisis arises where they need immediate support - Communication is very important to us as we understand that support coordination is often a key focal point to ensuring smooth supports are provided to participants!
