Gourmet Meals is a family owned and operated business that has been manufacturing convenient, healthy and nutritious snap-frozen meals on the Gold Coast since 1993. Gourmet Meals is an NDIS registered business that can provide the participant with delicious, competitively priced meals. Meal preparation and delivery is covered under Core Supports - "Assistance with Daily Living". The NDIA pays for the cost of meal preparation and delivery, and the recipient only pays for the cost of the ingredients in the meals. Gourmet Meals offers portion-controlled meals that are fat and salt reduced, high in fibre and protein, dairy free and gluten free meals; pureed meals are also available.
