As a registered NDIS provider Upcare can assist you to expertly navigate your care plan and get the most out of it – to help you to achieve your lifestyle goals and needs. Everybody needs support at some point in their life, for all our staff, our goal is to be that support for you. 

OUR SUPPORT WORKERS

Our staff are our most valuable asset as they provide the highest standards of care to our participants. We are proud that Upcare staff come from a variety of diverse backgrounds that can match our participants needs. You will find all our support workers caring, approachable, friendly, easy to communicate with and understanding of the challenges that are unique to you. All Upcare support workers have up to date National Police Check, Working with Children Check and meet all regulatory requirements. All Upcare staff undergo induction training to ensure positive outcomes in relation to the quality of care we provide to our participants. However, If you already enjoy the support of your current carer we are more than happy to employ them on your behalf should you wish to join us at Upcare!
