Momentum Rehab commenced in 2004 as a privately owned and operated boutique Rehabilitation Provider to provide services to the CTP industry. In 2008, Momentum Rehab commenced services to the Aged and Disability sectors, providing Home Modifications assessments.
With the advent of the NDIS, Momentum Rehab has grown to meet demand for services and now provides a range of Occupational Therapy interventions for NDIS participants.
