On-call / After Hours Support: 24/7 - 365 days per year
Accepted Forms of Payments
NDIA Managed Participants: Invoices claimed through NDIS portal, copy of invoice available to participant on request
Plan Managed Participants: Invoices sent to nominated Plan Management agency, copy of invoice available to participant on request
Self Managed Participants: Invoices sent to participant or nominated representative for payment via direct bank deposit, credit card, debit card or PayPal account balance. All Card payments are facilitated through PayPal to provide payment security to all DCVIC clients.
TAC or WorkSafe Clients: All services claimed through the TAC / WorkSafe portal in line with the relevant TAC / WorkSafe Care Plan.
