About Making Connections Together

Making Connections Together began on 7 July 2015 during which time the business operating on a part time basis. In October 2017 the business went full time.

I am an accredited Social Worker with membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). I am currently applying for membership of the Australian Counsellors Association (ACA).

During 2020 the business has remained open and supported clients during the pandemic. I continue to meet the requirements for Accredited Social Worker each year. I will also be meeting the CPD requirements for the ACA.

I will be completing my Clinical Individual and Group Supervision in March 2021 and will be accredited to give Supervision through the ACA. I am currently registered for Supervision on the AASW website.

I am a Registered NDIS provider and offer Support Coordination, Behavioural Management, Training in Behaviours, Behavioral Plans, Group work, Tenancy support, Innovative Community support and much more.

I offer counselling services using Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT). All these have proven success rates within the counselling environment.

I offer Health and Wellbeing groups, Drumming Circles, Essential Oils and Reiki

I see my clients in their homes or in the community. To ensure they receive an appropriate service in the comfort of their own home or the community.

As a social worker I work within an eclectic model of service so I can be as holistic as possible.

My Services can also be accesses online or by phone. I have clients in NSW, ACT and Victoria. I am currently located in the ACT but can travel to Sydney and ACT and surrounds for meetings
