As an NDIS Provider we offer:
Trailblazers Program, Sunday afternoon for 4 hours, 13 – 19 years of age
Accelerate Program, Saturday evenings for 5 hours, 19 – 23 years of age
Count-Me-In Program, Friday evening for 5 hours, 14 – 18 years of age
Ignite Program, Thursday evenings for 3 hours, 7 – 13 years of age
Outdoor Explorers, a program for children with additional needs, 3 – 6 years old
Games Club during weekdays in the afternoons from 14:00 – 16:00

To provide a seamless holistic approach to developing individual care plans, access to healthcare professionals, specialists and support programs and provide community services to all communities regarding paediatric child care.
To work collaboratively from an integrated services model with other organisations dealing with health transformation and education to ensure the best outcome and provision of services to children and families.

PNS have been our service provider for many years and the level of service, caring, efficiency and the close relationship we have all established to work together to provide the very best for Jordan and his future goals has been amazing. They go over and beyond always working towards Jordan's main Goal to be more independent.
