We are a SIL Provider partnering with SDA Proivder to provider disability home and 24/7 home care support for NDIS Participants. We have vacancy in the following location: Erskine, Meadow Springs, Baldivis.
We emphasize a lot on person-centred approach when it comes to caring for our clients, we take each client as an unique individual and make sure they are being treated the way is needed and required by them, alongside with helping them to achieve their goals. Our fully accessible SDA are all newly built with 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom comes with individual private assisted ensuite, gas hot water system and split system air conditioner.
