Liberty Behavioural Services is a network of 6 therapists who meet regularly for the common goal of assisting NDIS participants.
All of our therapists are chosen for their passion, Minimum 4 years tertiary qualifications, and expertise in behaviourism.
The two clinicians in Perth are taking participants on July 1. They both have a Bachelor of Psychology, and have completed either a grad dip in Applied Behaviour Analysis or undertaken long term study with the Institute of Applied Behaviour Analysis USA.
All therapists have additionally undertaken the latest 2020 training with the IABA (world leader in behaviour support for people with a disability).
None of our clinicians use punishment in our therapeutic approaches.
Rather we aim to understand what the communicative message/function of the behaviour is so that we can address it in a way that does not interfere with quality of life and produce evidence based alternatives to punishment.
