DCV is a Registered NDIS and TAC Service Provider

DCV provides services across Southern Metro Melbourne, Eastern Metro Melbourne, Bayside Peninsula, and all of Gippsland. This includes in-home one-on-one support or help to access the community. We provide support to NDIS and TAC participants whether they are self-managed, plan-managed, or NDIA managed.

DCV's support workers are multi-skilled, and we have a worker who is appropriate to work with any individual, regardless of their level of complexity.

DCV supports anyone who meets our criteria, aged between birth and 65 years, including people living with:

• Physical disability 

• Neurological disability

• Vision and hearing impairment

NDIS CONSULTANCY

We provide professional consulting services to assist people with establishing and implementing their NDIS plans for FREE*. This is our contribution to building a stronger community and our way of giving something back.

Our aim is to demystify the NDIS, explain all aspects of your NDIS plan, support you with your plan reviews and plan review meetings… and guide you every step of the way to make sure you get the support you need from your NDIS plan.

SUPPORT COORDINATION

DCV is a fully registered NDIS Service Provider and offers support coordination to anyone who meets our criteria.
