Inclusive Services WA, Provides a range of Individual and Community based NDIS services. With a focus on empowering individuals to be apart of their community and paticipate in activities that fulfil them, we specialise in capacity building individuals and community based organisations to bridge the gap to Inclusion.
At Inclusive Services WA, we use a holistic and person centred care model, using both our professional and lived experience with disability, placing you at the centre of your NDIS plan and decision making. We use an interest led and empathetic approach to using your NDIS plan to achieve your goals.
Lets work together, NDIS Support Coordination, Therapeutic Services, Community Engagement and Consultancy, we empower you to live the life you want.
Based in the centre of the Pilbara Region, Karratha WA, we service both the Metro and North West of WA, through face to face service delivery or remote services ( via Telehealth)
