Our Supports & Services: 

Our highly trained and experienced support workers will support you in aspects of your life that will empower you within the context of choice and control while respecting your privacy and your goals. Some of the supports and services include: 

• Personal care: This ranges from bathing, dental care, dressing/grooming, assistance participants with morning and evening routines, bathing, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, household tasks house cleaning, and managing medications.
• Planning and preparation of meals

Our support workers will assist you in preparation of your menu, go shopping with you for the ingrediens/groceries. Support you in the cooking and serving the meaks [breakfast/lunch/dinner and snacks in between]

• Assistance with medication

The support workers will assist you in the administration of webster packed medication. We will also assist you with the PRN.

• Appointments attendance

Our support workers will help you keep and attend appoints be they medical, personal appoints etc.

• Social and Community Access/Participation [CP]: 

This ranges from recreation interests, time at the park, attending concerts, singing groups. Painting, drawing and craft.

• Capacity Building [CB]

Our support workers will assist you in all you capacity building activities to help you achieve you goals of independent living. This could include big ticket items such as attending TAFE to learn a craft or in-house activity such as learning how to manage own finances

• Transport

We   provide transport including Accessible transport

• Home supports: 

Our support workers can provide you with supports from the comfort of your own home or help you to do shopping, take your pet for a walk.  We also provide Live-in supports to allow family care givers to go on holiday as we care for their loved ones.

• Personal wellness:

Our support workers will work with you to identify the activities around your life that will enhance your wellness from custom tailored exercises to nutritional plan that works for you.

• Activities of Daily Life [ADLs]: 

Our staff will work with you to draw a plan for your daily activities and support you through it all, modifying it as it plays out so as to address your continuous progress and/or shifting goals. The aim of the ADLs is to assist you gain independence of daily living as per your goals.
