Very high expectation from the employees, not easy to satisfy to the team. Expect 100% satisfied service for the customer from staffs which is stressful for employee. If staff miss or skip documentation or any job, staff receive email from the quality management team for the clarification. Too many training which is stressful to attend though paid for the training hour. Recommend to work there if you want to develop your carer in disability field as they provide practical training and education which is waste of time for us. Do not go to work if you do not have enough time for the refresher training and education.

MCT care commenced services five months ago for my brother with early-stage dementia. Support worker are fully aware of how to approach people with dementia. Staffs from the previous provider could not handle him as he was always aggressive toward them.
Nowadays, he is calm without using any additional medication because of the right intervention from the management and support worker. Support workers are mature and knowledgable.
