I have 30yr in the industry wanting to make a difference to support individuals and so opened up a Support Work and Allied Health business. I believe supporting staff and clients as its all a team effort to achieve quality of life in a holistic way. Irises started out doing support work and holiday programs but opened a Allied Health Service to better help individual as we are big on early intervention. Our Allied Health services are psychology, occupational therapy, music therapy and support coordination. I am truly grateful to be supported by an amazing team. Each staff member has been picked specifically for their particular skills.
