SOCIAL AND COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION
Assistance to access different social activities in your community, according to your NDIS Plan and goals. It includes access to libraries, community neighbourhood houses, low-cost meals, and other interests.
INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS
Assisting with and/or supervising tasks of daily life to develop the skills of the individuals to live as autonomously as possible.
ADMINISTRATION OF MEDICATION
Assistance was provided to participants with their medication by professional and qualified workers.
TRANSPORT We help people to get where they need to be with our transport service.
RESPITE/OVERNIGHT Provided in the comfort of the participant's home. Can be provided for a few hours or 24/7. Service available any time of day or night.
HOUSING APPLICATION / BUDGETING Support is provided to guide, prompt or undertake activities to ensure the participant obtains and/or retains appropriate accommodation. May include assistance to apply for a rental tenancy or to undertake tenancy obligations.
SUPPORT COORDINATION
Free 20 minutes evaluation. A personalized evaluation of your situation. With our assessment, we can identify the exact action plan for your unique situation.
MEAL PREPARATION Meals that are easy to prepare. Learn how to create delicious meals by watching an expert at work.
CLEANING AND LAUNDRY We provide assistance with your daily house chores, which gives you independence in your day to day activities and allows you to focus on your goals.
NILS / BUDGETING No Interest Loan for people on a low income. Up to $1500, repayment in 18 months, no credit check, administered by Good Shepherd, funds provided by NAB.
