At My Healthy Mind, we also provide regular yoga and meditation classes that are suitable for participants of all levels. The benefits of Yoga and meditation for the participant can be profound, and these positive impacts can be felt both in and out of class.

Like Karate, Yoga and meditation provide a structured routine, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Structured routine in a safe and calm environment has been shown to have positive effects for everyone who partakes.
