About Momentum Collective
Momentum Collective is an NDIS Registered for-purpose organisation with over 400 staff and over 40 years' experience supporting people in northern New South Wales and south east Queensland.
We deliver services in disability, mental health, homelessness, social and affordable housing, domestic violence and community services.
Momentum is a community collective creating real social change and inclusive opportunities.
Momentum deliver a broad range of supports that NDIS may fund, including:
- assistance with daily personal activities, household and daily living tasks
- equipment to assist daily living and mobility
- therapeutic support, such as behaviour support, counselling and occupational therapy
- skill building and employment support
- transport to attend community and daily life activities
- vehicle/home modifications
- NDIS Support coordination
- NDIS Plan management
