Who We Are

We are a small family run business; we have a great team of experienced support workers with availability in the Ipswich, Logan, Gold Coast areas.

What makes us different

Communication – direct communication with myself director and senior support worker (don’t get lost in just being a number)
Choice & Control of support workers – offering profiles of available support workers, offering meet and greets before placing any new support worker on shifts (we don’t just replace shifts with unknown support workers) We also ensure all support workers are trained and both participant and client are happy, we offer buddy shifts with the senior support worker if required with new staff (not at client cost)
