We can assist straight away if you are self or plan managed. If you are NDIA managed and need assistance outside of their hours or capacity speak with them about the possibility of sub-contracting to us for those time when they are unable to service your needs. - Group activities for social skills, mental health and capacity building
- Managing life stages, transition and supports
- Dispute resolution between Participants and Providers
- Supervision, debriefing, training (with resources), internal audit and compliance assistance, as well as mediation between you and Participants or Staff for Providers
- Sub-contracted after hours services for mental health for other Providers
- Senior management 'babysitting' for Providers
