- Support Coordination (Level 2)

- ILO exploration and planning

- Skills building for Participants, Parents / Carers and Providers

- Group activities for social skills, mental health and capacity building

- Managing life stages, transition and supports

- Dispute resolution between Participants and Providers 

- Supervision, debriefing, training (with resources), internal audit and compliance assistance, as well as mediation between you and Participants or Staff for Providers

- Sub-contracted after-hours services for mental health for other Providers

- Senior management 'babysitting' for Providers
