Carinbundi is located in Bundaberg, Queensland and specialises in Supported Independent Living, Short & Medium Term Accommodation, Respite, Flexible Respite as well as Living & Lifestyle programs. We have our own respite house with accessible bathrooms, landscaped gardens and a swimming pool with hoist.
Our respite house, Strathdee Lodge, is the perfect disability retreat in Bundaberg. It could include whale watching, turtle hatching and nesting as well as Bundaberg brewed drinks and the many accessible beaches.
We also operate a Learning & Lifestyle program which includes community participation and peer support groups. The Carinbundi Community Inclusion focuses on building independence and skills to help participants reach their long-term goals.
We are a major provider of Supported Independent Living in Bundaberg. Carinbundi have SIL in shared living arrangements as well as 1:1. It depends on the individual requirements of the participant. We will work with you to ensure your individual needs are met.
Our trained staff are available to support house members with personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, shopping, attending medical appointments, recreational activities and much more.
